Where are the parents?

To the editor: This is a letter in response to Candace Perez. I, too, have moved here from Brooklyn nine years ago for the same reasons and I would also be upset about what you found at the park. And not that I'm defending anyone but where are the parents of these kids who are vandalizing the parks? Parents also should be making sure that their children are respecting public property.
