Welcome home, Soldier

Timothy Cornell of South Blooming Grove (formally from Highland Mills) has just returned from being deployed in Afghanistan. Timothy has been with the 10th Mountain Division, Fort Drum, and was assigned to the aviation battalion. He was stationed at forward operating base SHANK near the Afghanistan/Pakistan boarder. Timothy, who graduated from Monroe-Woodbury High School in 2001, will be leaving the service after serving six years with the U.S. Army. Provided photo
