Weichert honors top producers

MONROE — Rosalie Cook and Jeanmarie Valentin, sales associates in Weichert Realtors’ Monroe Office, received recognition for their office achievements in December. In addition, the Monroe Office received an award for regional achievement. Cook earned the office’s awards for top sales and top dollar volume in December. Cook is a 2004 member of Weichert’s Million Dollar Sales and Marketed Clubs, as well as Weichert’s Ambassador’s Club, an honor that places her in the top two percent of the company’s 17,200 sales associates. She also holds membership in the New York and Connecticut Multi-Million Dollar Club. Valentin was named top listings associate in the office. She is a member of Weichert’s 2004 Million Dollar Marketed Club. The entire Monroe Office led the region in resale marketed listings for the month.
