Weichert honors associates for achievement

MONROE — Jeanmarie Valentin, Paul Filippone, Jessie Stern and Tamika Charles, sales associates in Weichert Realtors’ Monroe office, received recognition for their regional and office achievements in January. In addition, the office earned multiple awards for regional achievement. Valentin earned the regional award for top resale listings and was named top listings associate in the office for the month. Filippone led the region in resale marketed listings in January, while Stern led the office in production for the month. Charles, who joined the Weichert family in July 2005, earned the award for top sales in the office. Consistently recognized as top producers, Filippone and Stern are members of Weichert’s 2004 Million Dollar Sales and Marketed Clubs. Valentin is a member of Weichert’s 2004 Million Dollar Marketed Club; Stern is a 2004 member of Weichert’s President’s Club, placing her in the top one percent of the company’s 17,300 sales associates; and Filippone is a member of Weichert’s 2004 Ambassador’s Club, ranking him in the top two percent of the company’s sales associates. In addition, Filippone and Stern hold membership in the New York-Connecticut Multi-Million Dollar Club. The entire Monroe office, under branch manager Ed Urbassik, led the region in resales, resale marketed listings, resale revenue units, and resale dollar volume for the month.
