As part of Central Valley Elementary School's celebration of the birthday of the United States Constitution on Sept. 16, Mrs. Krill's third-grade class created their own preamble for their classroom community. All students signed the document using the traditional quill-feather and ink. Here is the Preamble of Room 406: We the students of room 406 in order to form a more unique classroom, establish friendships, insure fairness, provide for the happiness of each other and our posterity, promote the sense of belonging, do ordain and establish this Constitution of Room 406.
