    July 20 • Ryan Torres, 28, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Park Lane. He was released to reappear in Village Court. July 22 • Julio C. Vallejo, 23, of Paterson, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released on $90 bail to reappear in Town Court. • David Barrett, 58, of Lagrangeville, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Glenwood Road. He was released on $25 bail to reappear in Town Court. • A 19-year-old female from Warwick was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Third Street. She was released to reappear in Village Court. July 23 • Alexander Martinez, 23, of Altamonte Springs, Fla., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Oakland Avenue. He was released to reappear in Village Court. • Lashenya Hernandez, 31, of Middletown, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, driving while ability impaired by drugs, and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Oakland Avenue. She was released to reappear in Village Court. July 24 • A 20-year-old male from Middletown was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, third-degree criminal trespass and driving while intoxicated following an incident on Pulaski Highway. He was arraigned before Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,500 bail. • A 18-year old male from Warwick was charged with operating an ATV on public property without consent following an incident on Drew Road. He was released to reappear in Town Court. July 27 • A 17 year-old male from Pine Island was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Maple Avenue. He was released to reappear in Village Court. July 28 • A 16-year-old male from Warwick was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on Main Street. He was released to reappear in Village Court. • A 20-year-old female from the Village of Florida was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment following an incident on Main Street. She was released to reappear in Village Court. July 29 • Alexander E. Cerwinski, 36, of Goshen, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated over .08 percent and reckless driving following an incident on Pulaski Highway. He was released to reappear in Town Court. • A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Forester Avenue. He was released to reappear in Village Court. • A 19-year-old male from Warwick was charged with open container and underage possession of alcohol following an incident on Wheeler Avenue. He was released to reappear in Village Court.
