Village of Chester Police

•Two 16-year-old males and an 18-year-old female, all with Monroe addresses, where charged with possession of alcohol under 21 with intent to consume. They were released to appear in village court on April 13. •Clinton Roosa, 20, of Monroe, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. He was arraigned before Chester Village Justice L. Fred Van Der Meulen, who set bail at $500. He is scheduled to appear in village court on April 13.
