"Paulie," a green Quaker parrot that stands less than six-inches tall, flew away from the home of his owners on Billwood Drive in Monroe last Saturday, Sept. 17. He's pampered, his wings are clipped and he is sorely missed. If, perchance, you see Paulie, please call Phyllis at 845-656-8890. She will appreciate it.
