Nov. 22 Thomas Murphy II, 26, of Airmont, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, and arrested on a warrant issued by the Tuxedo Town Court after a traffic stop. He was released on $150 bail. Nov. 23 Stephen Lang, 25, of Brooklyn, was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance. Nov. 24 Pieter Edel, 50, of Sugar Loaf, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on $100 bail. Nov. 26 Steven Tieman, 49, of Montgomery, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, after a traffic stop. He was sent to Orange County Jail without bail. Nov. 27 Ryan Marisca, 24, of Staten Island, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance. Edward Swann, 34, of Nyack, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance. Victoria Merrick, 20, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. She was released on his own recognizance. James Nash, 48, of Congers, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor, after he was involved in a motor vehicle accident. He was released on his own recognizance. Nov. 29 Carlos Taitte, 59, of Suffern, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance. Dec. 2 Joseph Pacheco-Basora, 25, of Forest Hills, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance. Dec. 4 Sean Bandes, 47, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with forcible touching, a misdemeanor, after an altercation at a local motel. He was released on $200 bail.
