    Feb. 20 • Richard Gedzelman, 51, of Box 1212, Greenwood Lake, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor. He was released on $100 bail for a Fe. 22 court appearance. Feb. 22 • Kevin Grey, 47, of Oakland Avenue, Central Valley, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released for a March 29 court appearance. Feb. 25 • Bhooplall Ramcharan, 43, of Brampton, Ontario, Canada, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor. He was released on $250 bail for an April 10 court appearance. Feb. 26 • Chateram Hunaman, 40, of Sylvan Way, Tuxedo, was charged with harassment, a violation. He was released for a Feb. 26 court appearance. Monroe Village Police Feb. 15 • Kenneth Buckley, 39, of New Hampton, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a March 13 court appearance. • Margaret Richards, 34, of Nelson Road, Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a felony because of a previous conviction, and third-degree falsely reporting an incident, a misdemeanor. She was remanded to Orange County Jail pending a Feb. 28 court appearance. Feb. 18 • An 18-year-old Monroe male was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a misdemeanor. He was released on $200 bail pending a future court appearance. Feb. 21 • Kirk Laguerre, 29, of Stony Point, was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation. He was released on $200 bail pending a future court appearance. • Paul Salvati, 32, of Brookside Road, Monroe, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Feb. 23 • A 19-year-old Monroe male was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released pending a future court appearance. Woodbury Town Police Feb. 17 • A 16-year-old Monroe female was charged with petty larceny in connection with the theft of merchandise from the Polo store in Woodbury Common. She was released pending a future court appearance. • Maurice Murphy, 32, of Newburgh, was charged with possession of an anti-security device, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a future court appearance. Feb. 18 • Nicholas Diliberto, 27, of Central Valley, was arrested on an active warrant for desertion from the armed forces. He was remanded to Orange County Jail pending being turned over to the military. Feb. 19 • Mehul Dhru, 37, of Highland Mills, was charged with petty larceny in connection with the theft of merchandise from the Off 5th Saks Fifth Avenue store at Woodbury Common. Dhru was released pending a future court appearance. Feb. 21 • Gregory Simoskevich, 35, of Newburgh, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a felony, after he violated an order of protection. He was arraigned and released pending a future court appearance. Feb. 22 • Stacey Struble, 22, of Florida, N.Y., was charged with petty larceny in connection with the theft of cash from the Popeye’s Restaurant in Harriman Common. She was released pending a future court appearance. Feb. 24 • Ben Karpowicz, 27, of Highland Mills, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was arraigned and released pending a future court appearance. • Timothy Romich, 24, of Salisbury Mills, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket and turned over to the city of Newburgh who had a warrant for his arrest. • Three 17-year-old males from Central Valley, Harriman and Monroe were charged with disorderly conduct, a violation. They were released pending future court appearances. • Richard Sichler, 22, of Monroe, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released pending a future court appearance. • In addition, seven subjects were charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and one individual was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. They were released pending future court appearances.
