Nov. 22 Thomas F. Murphy II, 26, of Monroe, was arrested on an arrest warrant for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on $150 bail. Nov. 23 Stephen J. Lang, 25, of Webster, was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance. Nov. 24 Pieter Edel, 50, of Cragsmor, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on $100 bail. Nov. 26 Steven J. Tieman, 50, of Montgomery, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated. He was sent to Orange County Jail. Nov. 27 Ryan Marisca, 24, of Staten Island, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance. Edward Swann, 34, of Nyack, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance. Victoria M. Merrick, 20, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance. James D. Nash, 46, of Congers, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, after he was involved in a motorcycle accident. Nov. 28 Stephen J. Posca, 46, of Warwick, was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance. Nov. 29 Carlos Taitte, 59, of Suffern, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.
