    Sept. 26 Martin Hayes, 26, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance. Sept. 28 Chad Ball, 34, of Jeffersonville, Ga., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance. Sept. 29 Glenn Hisko, 57, of Bridgewater, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after he was stopped at a commercial vehicle checkpoint. He was released on his own recognizance. Paulo Silva, 38, of North Arlington, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance. Joseph Failla Jr., 41, of Fair Lawn, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance. Sept. 30 Anthony Scarito, 44, of Bayonne, N.J., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on $100 bail. Richard Blackwell Jr., 31, of the Bronx, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, failure to surrender a suspended license, failing to provide proof of financial responsibility when required, all misdemeanors, and a bench warrant from the Town of Newburgh, after a traffic stop. He was released into the custody of the Town of Newburgh Police. Oct. 1 Joseph Verde, 18, of Tuxedo, was charged with third-degree assault and third-degree menacing, both misdemeanors, after police were called to the scene of a domestic fight. He was sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail.
