Jan. 24 Jean Johnson, 68, of Chester, was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. She was released on her own recognizance. Hamzeh Alquzza, 30, of Yonkers, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance. Thomas Murphy 2nd, 25, of Airmont, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance. Jan. 25 Nathaniel Castelonia, 53, of Mahwah, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance. Bruce Edwards, 45, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on her own recognizance. Jan. 28 William Thogode, 50, of Vernon, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop, stemming from a report received about an erratic driver that had been involved in a hit and run accident in Rockland County. He was released on $200 bail. Jan. 30 Patrick Azzara, 55, of New York City, was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on her own recognizance.
