Oct. 17 Nicholas Gross, 27, of Pine Bush, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and reckless driving, both misdemeanors, after a traffic stop. He was released on $250 bail. Oct. 21 Thomas Dougherty, 25, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, reckless driving, reckless endangerment of property, third-degree unlawfully fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree, and trespassing, a violation, after a traffic stop. He was sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $2,300 bail. The passenger of the vehicle was also arrested for trespassing and was released on his own recognizance. Shawn Golembreski, 22, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance. Oct. 22 Daniel Iams, 26, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after he was stopped at safety and sobriety checkpoint. He was released on his own recognizance. Oct. 23 Samuel Givas, 55, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after he was stopped at a safety and sobriety checkpoint. He was released on his own recognizance.
