Sept. 28 Kevin Graham, 20, of Ridgewood, N.J., was charged with reckless endangerment of property, a misdemeanor, after an investigation determined he left the scene of a motor vehicle accident. He was released on his own recognizance. Oct. 2 Lillian Hernandez, 34, of Monroe, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. She was released on her own recognizance. Oct. 3 Mark Selementi, 47, of Wallkill, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and driving while intoxicated, both misdemeanors, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance.
