Jan. 25 • Marcus King, 22, of Somerset Drive, Suffern, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator and failure to return revoked license, both misdemeanors. He was released on $100 bail for a Feb. 5 court appearance. • Robert Gmuer, 46, of Old Ridge Road, Warwick, was charged with operating with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He was released for a Feb. 14 court appearance. Jan. 27 • Sean Colligan, 28, of DeKay Road, Warwick, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released for Jan. 31 court appearance. • Phillip Kuchar, 22, of Marsh Road, Glen Wild, was charged with operating with a suspended license and registration, both misdemeanors. He was released for a Feb. 7 court appearance. Jan. 29 • James Button, 30, of Harrington Park, N.J., was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor.
