Jan. 12 • Wiktor Darlowski, 47, of Highland Avenue, Monroe, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor. He was released for a Jan. 26 court appearance. Jan. 13 • Lamont Roberson, 35, of High Ridge Road, Monroe, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor. He was released for a Feb. 14 court appearance. • Adonis Antonick, 21, of Lincoln Place, Waldwick, N.J., was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released on $100 bail for a Feb. 7 court appearance.
