Dec. 21 • Henry DeGroat, 59, of Breezewood Drive, Lehighton, Pa., was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor, and was released for a Jan. 10 court appearance. Dec. 24 • Gary Villapiano, 47, of West 51st Street, New York City, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor, and was released for a Jan. 10 court appearance. Dec. 28 • Darragh Quinn, 24, of Webb Avenue, Riveredge, N.J., was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor, and was released on $75 bail for a Jan. 17 court appearance. • Ronald Tavis, 58, of Sterling Street, Middletown, was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation, and was remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $135 bail for a Dec. 28 court appearance. • Peter Mami, 27, of Brookside Avenue, Chester, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor, and was released on $100 bail for a Jan. 26 court appearance. • Benjamin Oshman, 49, of Sylvan Place, Haworth, N.J., was charged with Aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor, and was released for a Jan. 10 court appearance. • A 16-year old male from Golden Road, Montebello, was charged with reckless driving, a misdemeanor, and numerous other traffic infractions and was released to his parents for a Jan. 10 court appearance. Dec. 29 • Michael Oliver, 42, of Lake Street, Englewood, N.J., was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor, and was released on $100 bail for a Jan. 17 court appearance. Dec. 30 • Tarique Chaudhary, 20, of 2552nd Street, Bellerose, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, false personation, failure to return license/registration plates, all misdemeanors, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and was released on $200 bail for a Jan. 10 court appearance. Dec. 31 • Brian Kussard, 20, of Tephank Avenue, Monroe, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and was released for a Jan. 10 court appearance. • Adam Carlone, 20, of Ethan Circle, Monroe, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and was released for a Jan. 10 court appearance. • Brannin Russell, 54, of Lakeview Drive, Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and was released for a Jan. 10 court appearance.
