Troop 333 gets career badge

Monroe — Troop 333 has been busy working towards a Career Try It Badge. Rick Walls, postmaster of Tuxedo, visited the troop at its meeting place in Pine Tree School in Monroe, and spoke about his job and why the post office is so important. On a tour of the Monroe Police Department, led by Sgt. Meislahn, they learned what jail was like and the importance of doing good deeds for others. On a visit to the Woodbury Fire Department, Mr. Mike And Mr. Mike acted as tour guides and taught them about safety.
