During the holidays, many local organizations collect donations of toys for the children of families in need, so that no child goes without something special under the tree. • The United States Marine Corps will be collecting new toys for Toys for Tots from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. until Friday, Dec. 2, at the K-B Toy Outlet at 620 Bluebird Court in Woodbury Common. • Coldwell Banker Currier & Lazier Realtor, in conjunction with the United States Marine Corps, is holding their annual Toys for Tots collection. The toys must be new, unwrapped and appropriate for children up to 18 years of age. They can be dropped off at any of these locations: 23 East Main St., Washingtonville; 54 West Main St., Goshen; Route 32 and Temple Hill Road, Vails Gate; and 671 County Route 1, Pine Island.
