March 1 • Yuliya Kolchanova, 30, of Union Road, Spring Valley, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a felony, and driving with suspended registration and aggravated unlicensed operator, both misdemeanors. She was released on $800 bail for a March 30 court appearance. March 5 • Angel Fuertes, 34, of DeKalb Avenue, the Bronx, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and was released for an April 4 court appearance. March 6 • Joshua Sellers, 21, of Oak Drive, Hopewell Junction, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor, and was released for a March 30 court appearance. • Michael Hennelly, 44, of Four Corners Road, Warwick, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor, and was released on $100 bail for an April 4 court appearance. March 7 • Maureen Lynch, 27, of Clinton Court, Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operator, both felonies. She was released on $250 bail for a March 30 court appearance.
