Nov. 17 Nicole Bello, 30, of Lake Shore Road, Greenwood Lake , was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor, and was released for a Dec. 6 court appearance. Nov. 19 Demetri Michalis, 53 of Hartsdale, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was released on $100 bail for a Dec. 13 court appearance. Vito Barbera, 56, of Ringwood, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated. He was released on $100 bail for a Dec. 13 court appearance. Nov. 20 Juan Grande-Hernandez, 27, of Route 17, Southfields, was charged with third-degree rape, a felony. He was on $1,000 bail for a Nov. 22 court appearance. Nov. 29 Carly Taylor, 25 of Greenwood Lake, was charged with driving a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. She was released for a Nov. 29 court appearance. Dec. 3 Wanda Gonzalez, 33, of Renwick Street, Newburgh, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor; she was released on $260 bail for a Dec. 15 court appearance. James McCabe, 44, of Marilyn Court, Highland Mills, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor; he was released for a Dec. 6 court appearance. Eric Del Greco, 30, of Birch Street, Kingston, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor; he was released for a Dec. 8 court appearance. Dec. 4 Matthew Tognetti, 20, of Fitzgerald Court, Monroe, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor; he was released for a Dec. 8 court appearance. Dec. 5 Vincent Izzo, 46, of High Ridge Road, Monroe, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor; he was released on $200 bail for a Jan. 3 court appearance. The Town of Tuxedo Police Department is looking for part-time dispatchers; work requires telephone and radio use and some clerical work; training will be made available. Dispatchers must be 17 years of age and will be paid $9.50 per hour during training and $10 per hour thereafter. Hours are 24 X 7 but mostly weekends. Contact Sgt. Norton at 845-351-5111.
