July 24 Robert Rivera Jr., 25, of Warwick was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court on Aug. 22. July 27 William A. Schwarz, 43, of Chester was arrested on an outstanding warrant from the Town of Chester Court. He was processed and released on $100 cash bail and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court on Aug. 16. July 28 Christopher L Romig, 24, of Chester was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant issued by the Town of Chester Court. He was processed and released on $100 cash bail and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court on Aug. 16. July 29 Craig Faber, 25, of Chester was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on Aug. 16.
