Time, places set for June 21 town hall/library vote

    MONROE-A special election will be held Tuesday, June 21, to vote on the $12,900,000 bond resolution for the building of a new town hall/library. There will be two polling places: The Monroe Senior Center and the Kiryas Joel Medical Building. Polls will be open from 6 a.m to 9: p.m. If you are not registered to vote, you may obtain a registration form from the Town Clerk's office, the Monroe Free Library or the Orange Board of Elections. Applications for absentee ballots are available in both the Town Hall and the library.
