Support Peifer for mayor

To the editor: I would like to take this opportunity to urge my fellow Village of Monroe residents to join me in supporting Jeff Peifer for mayor. Over the past several years, as his neighbor, I have been witness to his dedication and commitment to our community. His spirit of volunteerism is evidenced in his years of service to the Monroe ambulance corps and the Monroe fire department. His commitment to us in his capacity as village trustee has been unparalleled. His record in this regard is further evidence that he has the best interest of the residents and businesses of the Village of Monroe at heart. He has worked to protect and preserve the quality of life we all enjoy in the Village of Monroe. I know that, as mayor, he will work tirelessly to enhance that quality of life.
