Support Monroe Free Library budget

To the editor: I urge all residents of the Town of Monroe to go out and vote on Nov. 8. I especially urge a Yes vote for the requested increase in the operating budget of the Monroe Free Library, which serves all in our community and consider the Library as a need, not as a want.
