    Sept. 4 Dylan Knapp, 22, of Montgomery, was charged with second-degree vehicular assault, second-degree vehicular manslaughter, felonies, and driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was arraigned and turned over to the Orange County Sheriff’s Department in lieu of $10,000 bail. Sept. 5 Laura M. Gray, 48, of Hillsdale, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket. Juan Zuniga, 30, of the Bronx, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket. Sept. 6 Joel Lieberman, 30, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation, and acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket. Joapalo Conmona, 35, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a felony, and sent to Orange County Jail. Kevin R. Atkins, 62, of Middletown, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance. Sept. 7 Danielle L. Harding, 20, of Highland Falls and a 16-year-old female from Cortland Manor, were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. They were issued appearance tickets. A 19-year-old Monroe male was charged with criminal trespassing and criminal mischief, misdemeanors. Bail was set at $1,000. Sept. 8 Veronique Michel, 40, of Monsey, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket. Ryan Freyer, 20, of Chester, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket. An 18-year-old male from Greenwood Lake was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket. Thomas C. Johnson, 23, of Brooklyn, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and second-degree possession of a forged instrument, felonies. He was sent to Orange County Jail. Sept. 9 Brian Dowling, 37, of Monroe, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket. A 19-year-old Warwick male was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and operator impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket. An 18-year-old Monroe male was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree harassment, violations, and second-degree aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance. Sept. 10 Anya Stravenska, 52, of Central Valley, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket. Leo A. Maniscalco, 45, of Orangeburg, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor.
