Lolya, 25, of Central Valley, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket. An 18-year-old Monroe male was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Dayna L. Peters, 20, of Monroe, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Timothy P. Sullivan, 52, of Monroe, was charged with driving while ability impaired by alcohol, following too close and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate, infractions. He was issued an appearance ticket. July 11 Kathryn N. Zambetti, 22, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket. Emil Delikat, 28, of Chester, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. July 13. An 18-year-old male from Highland Falls, a 16-year-old female and a 17-year-old male, both from Warwick were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. They were issued appearance tickets. Matthew G. Fix, 32, of Middletown, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket. July 14 Timothy A. Walker, 25, of Lincoln Park, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood alcohol level of .08 percent or more. He was released to a third party. Allen Krauss, 68, of Monroe, was charged with issuing a bad check, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket. July 15 A 19-year-old male from Sugar Loaf was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and first-degree operator impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket. Khiara Smith, 20, of New Hampton, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket. July 16 Nicole M. Ferraro, 30, of Chester, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. She was released to a third party. Jessica L. Perkowski, 21, of Monroe, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket. Denise Ortiz, 24, of the Bronx, was charged with driving with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, and several vehicle and traffic violations. She was released on $100 bail. July 17 Joseph P. Abbadessa, 49, of Highland Mills, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, felonies because of a previous conviction. Jacqueline M. Depaolis, 28, of Stony Point, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance.
