Sept. 27 An 18-year-old female and a 19-year-old female, both from Stony Point, were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued appearance tickets. Sept. 28 Jacob Kahn, 39, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. A 16-year-old Monroe male was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Sept. 29 Jeffrey M. Bruno, 23, of Flushing, was charged with grand larceny, a felony, and issued an appearance ticket. Sept. 30 Allison M. Weber, 24, of Westtown, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket. Nathan Washington, 20, and a 17-year-old male, both from Goshen, were charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. They were issued appearance tickets. Kevin I. Vandunk, 47, of Mahwah, N.J., was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket. Estrella I. Estelle, 48, of Highland Mills, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Oct. 1 Juan C. Hernandez, 29, of Haverhill, Mass., was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket. Oct. 2 Joseph P. Casella, 59, of Hawley, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket. Kenneth J. Schneider, 20, of Monroe, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Catherine B. Sutherland, 47, of Tuxedo, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
