James R. Boycott, 23, of Walton, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was remanded to Orange County Jail. Christopher Blackburn, 25, of New Hampton, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket. Russel C. Seifts, 59, of Chester, was charged with third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief, misdemeanors, and second-degree strangulation, a felony. He was released on bail. Jan. 6 Jeffrey C. Powers, 22, of Monroe, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Robert M. Morris, 24, of Middletown, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Jan. 7 A 17-year-old male from Harriman was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Jan. 8 Christopher J. Ledogar, 32, of Highland Mills, was charged with third-degree grand larceny, first-degree falsifying business records and offering to file a false instrument, felonies. He was released on $1,000 bail. Gina Micale, 31, of the Bronx, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket.
