Oct. 26 A 19-year-old female from Oneonta was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. She was sent to the Orange County Jail. Robert P. Cain, 39, of Schenectady, was arrested on a warrant for criminal impersonation and obstructing governmental administration, misdemeanors. He was sent to the Orange County Jail. Oct. 27 Jeremy Ayala, 23, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest, misdemeanors, and unlawful possession of marijuana and second-degree harassment, violations. He was sent to the Orange County Jail. Joseph C. Caruso, 38, of Wallkill, was charged with third-degree burglary, a felony. He was sent to the Orange County Jail. Edwin Duclosel, 35, of New Hampton, was charged with second-degree assault, a felony. He was sent to the Orange County Jail. William A. Pendergast, 29, of Monroe, was charged with possession of a hypodermic instrument, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket. A 17-year-old Harriman female was charged with three counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies, two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of a hypodermic instrument, misdemeanors, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was sent to the Orange County Jail. Najon R. Flanders, 21, of Highland Mills, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony. Two 16-year-old males from Ringwood and Mahwah, N.J., were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on appearance tickets. Nov. 3 Rim Ibrahim, 45, of Beirut, Lebanon, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. She was sent to Orange County Jail. Clifford W. Wares, 38, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree assault, a felony, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest, misdemeanors.
