Poppys has the cure for Bourbon Street/AT Health Care

MONROE Poppys improved to 4-1 with a victory over Bourbon Street/AT Health Care 17-12.
Bourbon Street went up 6-1 after only two innings of play. But Poppys would not back down, picking up runs in each of the next three innings before exploding for eight runs in the sixth.
Poppys was led by perennial all-star Johnny Grasso, who had three hits and two RBIs.
Also contributing were winning pitcher Nicky Sansalone as well as Jeff Becker, Ronnie Crover and Victor Quintan.
For Bourbon St., Mike DAmbrosio hit two home runs and Chris Lemonis added a solo shot.
Master Chimney Sweeps 10 PC Consulting 4
Master Chimney Sweeps beat PC Consulting 10-4 behind the solid pitching of Bob Klopchin.
Master Chimneys offense was led by Adam Murfrees three hits and a two-run triple from Dean Sefrin.
Second baseman Ron Schnell made the biggest defensive play for Master Chimney as he snared a high pop in short right field that ended a base-loaded threat.
The play was all the more impressive in that Schnell caught the ball despite the presence of a caravan of Army choppers flying directly overhead.
Teammates suggest the year Schnell spent on Master Chimneys Kabul farm team has finally paid off.
IDC Insulators 11 PC Consulting 6
Rain, rain...went away. At least long enough for the IDC Insulators to play their first game of the year.
IDC topped first-place PC Consulting 11-6.
Neil Riordan, making an early bid for come-back player of the year, went 4-4 with two home runs and six RBIs. A-Rob McQuillan added a three-run shot.
Al Hustle Bunny Hall had two doubles and a run. Danny Walsh had two hits and a walk with two runs scored. Brendan Owens, Mark Tabakman and Brad Joli combined to reach base five times. Newcomer Joli played a stellar third base as well.
Rookie Jay Daw picked up the win with seven innings of solid pitched ball.
Toms Plumbing 29 The Warriors 12
Toms Plumbing remained undefeated with a 29-12 Win over the Warriors.
Toms offense was led by seven home runs - Lefty Rob Barry had two homers to lead the Homer fest.
Toms Bats came alive after the first inning with Paul Sgrizzi, Kevin Farley, Dennis Verboys, Dave Rosenthall and Andys (Dad) Esposito all hitting home runs.
Jay Ribbica, Ed Sayer and Robert Collins all added three hits apiece to help seal the win.
Pat Taggart pitched the win. This victory brings Toms Plumbing record to 4-0 with an average of over 26 runs per game.
In other action HudsonValleyHomeNY.com defeated Rand Realty 13-12.
The Captains Table defeated Best Mechanical 7-3.
Nebrasky Plumbing edged Brazen Head Pub 14-11.
