Nebrasky Plumbing remains undefeated

MONROE — Nebrasky Plumbing remained undefeated after an extra inning 15-14 comeback win over HudsonValleyHomeNY.com.

Mike Wolfe held his opponents to one run in the final five frames of regulation play with four strikeouts and thereby allowing his team to come back.

Down five runs in the bottom of the seventh, Nebrasky scored five times to put the contest in extra innings.

After Hudson Valley scored two in the top of the eighth, Nebrasky roared back once more with three in the bottom of the inning, with a game-winning hit by Don Ellis.

The comeback was powered by the clutch hitting of Rob Ross, Kevin Fisher and Ray Klopchin.

Bourbon St. Bar & Grill/AT Health 13

The Captain’s Table 3 Bourbon St. Bar & Grill/AT Health Care won its first game of the season 13-3 over the Captain’s Table.

Winning pitcher Bob Alymer was masterful, allowing three hits in the first inning then nothing after that.

Aylmer added four RBI’s including a homeroom. Chris Lemonis had a grand slam and six RBI’s. Leadoff hitter Dan Welch was on base all four times and scored three runs. Dave Krawcyzk, Brian Kerr, Mike Grasso and Otto Vasquez added two hits apiece.

Frank Kelleher hit a two run home run for the Table.

In other action Gilligan’s Clam Bar remained unbeaten with an 11-5 win over Poppy’s.
