NEWBURGH — Monroe Woodbury United’s Force U13 Girls soccer team, the premier arm of the Monroe Woodbury United Soccer Club, were the guests of the Mount St. Mary’s Lady Knights last Saturday in Newburgh when they took on SUNY Farmingdale for first place in the Skyline Conference.
The Lady Knights prevailed 2-0 to secure the first seed in next week’s NCAA Tournament.
Members of Force U13G practiced with the college athletes, worked as ball girls and watched up front what soccer is like at the college level.
