Highland Mills Hawks soar over Maryland

BALTIMORE, MD. — The Highland Mills Hawks Lacrosse Club kicked off its season by taking a road trip to Maryland this past weekend.
The Hawks played two games Saturday then watched #8 Virginia down #20 Johns Hopkins 16-15 in an overtime thriller at Homewood Field.
On Sunday the Hawks played four games at Homewood Field, running the table for an undefeated record of 6-0 on the weekend playing against three Maryland teams: Jarrettsville Hawks, Susquehanna Stripers and Bel Air Bulldogs.
A private tour of the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame concluded the weekend.
The Hawks would like to thank the Jarrettsville Hawks and Johns Hopkins University for their gracious hospitality.
