School budget workshop rescheduled for Feb. 2

CENTRAL VALLEY-The Monroe-Woodbury School Board meeting originally scheduled for Jan. 26 has been rescheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 2. The meeting was cancelled because of bad weather. During the rescheduled workshop, the school board is expected to have its first look at the 2005-2006 school budget. Based on the district's Web site (www.mw.k12.ny.us/), the board will review budget costs for transportation, operation and maintenance, computer literacy, and media. The meeting starts at 7:30 p.m. in the Education Center.
