Roxanne Donnery will help the middle class and businesses

I am writing in support of Roxanne Donnery’s candidacy for the 96th Assembly District. Roxanne has the experience, knowledge and understanding of government from several important aspects. Having served on the Highland Falls School Board, including several years as president, she knows the importance of education and the need to fund it fairly. For years Roxanne has fought hard and successfully in Albany and Washington to bring much needed money to her district. In a broader sense, she knows that the growing burden of funding public education on homeowners is unfair and unsustainable. That is why she has supported our efforts to change the way we fund our schools and assure our children a quality education. Roxanne has served in the Orange County Legislature for twelve years including last year as chairwoman. She earned that position through bipartisanship, working with her colleagues to control spending and reducing the tax burden on our residents. Roxanne will take her experience to Albany and represent the residents of the 96th Assembly District on critical issues of jobs, taxes and spending. The time for talking and political posturing is over. We need an Assembly member that will get the job done for struggling middle class families and businesses in our state. Richard Randazzo Cornwall
