Nelson R. Cooper, 62, of Wallkill, was charged with third-degree grand larceny, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.

Tadashi Baumgardner, 43, of Yonkers, was charged with third-degree unlawfully fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle and third-degree criminal possession of cannabis, misdemeanors. Baumgardner was released on an appearance ticket.
Jonathan M. Hogan, 22, of Monroe Township, N.J., was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a firearm, felonies. He was released on an appearance ticket.
