Aug. 3

Umran Z. Haider, 32, of Pine Bush, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and first-degree operator impaired by drugs, misdemeanors. Haider was released on an appearance ticket.

Aug. 4

Jade L. Curtis, 21, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. Curtis was released on an appearance ticket.

Aug. 8

Mayra Portillo, 47, of Central Islip, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Joseph Rivera, 24, of the Bronx, was charged with false personation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Kalim Nedd, 23, of Monticello, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies, and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. He was sent to Orange County Jail.

Megan L. Morseman, 31, of Brentwood, was charged with first-degree falsifying business records, third and fourth-degree possession of a narcotic drug, felonies, false personation, second-degree criminal impersonation, third-degree identity theft, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanors. She was sent to Orange County Jail.

Kesheena M. Perez, 36, of the Bronx, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
