    Carlos M. Corcino, 41, of Newburgh, was charged with second-degree assault, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, first-degree unlawful imprisonment, felonies, second-degree aggravated harassment, third-degree assault, second-degree menacing, second-degree reckless endangerment, fourth-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree obstructing governmental administration, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

    Ronald J. Bauman, 68, of Harriman, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
