    Oct. 9

    Tammy S. Quick, 54, of Ithaca, was charged with driving with ability impaired by drugs, a felony, and use of another vehicle without an interlock device, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Albert P. Kelly, 53, of Ithaca, was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Oct. 11

    Kevon Stewart, 38, of New Hampton, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Edwin Burdiez, 35, of Chester, was charged with second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Oct. 12

    James D. Wibiralski, 61, of Highland Mills, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, felonies, and released to a third party.

    Oct. 13

    Melody M. Molina, 39, of Washingtonville, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket.

    Oct. 14

    Jose Guardao, 32, of Bloomingburg, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated: alcohol or drugs, felonies because of a previous conviction.
