    Natalie Taylor, 37, of Stratford, Conn., was charged with two counts of first-degree identity theft, two counts of third-degree grand larceny, two counts of first-degree endangering the welfare of an incompetent/physically disabled person, felonies, two counts of second-degree scheming to defraud, and two counts of third-degree unlawful possession of personal identification, misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket.

    A 19-year-old male from Goshen was charged with aggravated harassment of an employee by an inmate, a felony. He was issued an appearance ticket.

    June 28

    Jonathan A. Villacis Chimbay, 32, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

    Lynne Danielle Martines, 36, of Middletown, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
