Sept. 26

Freddy Antonio Soliz Pavon, 38, and Joblin Gomez Reyes, 25, both of Monroe, were charged with disorderly conduct, a violation, and released on appearance tickets for Oct. 19.

A 19-year-old male from Highland Mills was charged with second-degree attempted assault, a felony, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree menacing, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Sept. 28.

Sept. 27

Jeffrey A. Seda, 32, of Tuxedo Park, was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 5.

Sept. 28

Jose C. Milla Ramos, 27, of Monroe, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, driving while intoxicated, and third-degree assault, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 19.

Sept. 29

Henry F. Gessner, 46, of Newburgh, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 26.

Jose J. Ramos Cardoza, 26, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Christopher K. Maher, 41, of Highland Mills, was charged with fourth-degree stalking, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Julianna N. Middleton, 21, of Washingtonville, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Nathan Felix, 20, of Sugar Loaf, with charged with two counts of criminal possession of cannabis, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

David A. Weslowski, 53, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released to a third party.
