Harriman Village Police

Sept. 30

Gustavo Juarez, 29, of Poughkeepsie, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation: alcohol. He was released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 27.

Monroe Village Police

Sept. 30

Donald Shickle, 61, of Bloomingburg, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device installed, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 19.

Oct. 2

Martin Garcia Ponce, 41, of Monroe, was arrested on two warrants for second-degree criminal mischief, a felony, third-degree assault and second-degree criminal contempt, misdemeanors. He was arraigned and sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of bail pending an Oct. 5 court appearance.

Alexis Garay, 38, of Mount Vernon, was charged with soliciting without a permit, a violation. He was charged two days later with public urination, a violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 19.

Oct. 3

Onnsiris Moye, 20, of New York City, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, second-degree identity theft, first-degree falsifying business records, felonies, and second-degree criminal impersonation, a misdemeanor. He was arraigned and sent to Orange County Jail.

Woodbury Town Police

Sept. 30

Kareem Hashann Culbreth, 22, of Newburgh, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Tracy Calvin Kennedy, 55, of Philadelphia, Pa., was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Oct. 1

Jose J. Castill, 23, of the Bronx, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Andrea A. Collins, 27, of Albany, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Marquis Navel Webb, 23, of Yonkers, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, second-degree obstructing governmental administration, misdemeanors, second-degree harassment and domestic, violations. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Oct. 2

Nicolas A. Diaz Gonzalez, 25, of Jamaica, was charged with petty larceny and possession of burglary tools, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

State Police at Monroe

Oct. 1

Andrew T. Grosso, 29, of Middletown, was charged with third-degree grand larceny and second-degree possession of a forged instrument, felonies. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Oct. 2

Raul Perezsolis and Martin Garcia Ponce, both 41, and both from Monroe, were charged with first-degree falsifying business records, a felony, false personation, driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. They were released on appearance tickets.

Oct. 6

Deanna L. Monahan, 31, of Highland Mills, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors.

A 17-year-old youth from Spring Valley was charged with sixth-degree conspiracy, third-degree assault and second-degree aggravated harassment, misdemeanors, and released on an appearance ticket.

Michael P. Cochi, 36, of New Windsor, was charged with two counts each of fourth-degree stalking, first-degree harassment, and aggravated harassment, misdemeanors. He was sent to Orange County Jail.

Marco A. Pastilha, 40, of Florida, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
