July 1
George Hauser, 64, of Harriman, was charged with second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for July 13.

Jovahn Graham, 25, of Monroe, was arrested on a warrant for petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for July 6.

Irakli Sanushia, 29, of Monroe, was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for July 20.
July 7
Brandyn Nunez, 26, of Middletown, was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket for July 20.

Christian Larson, 27, of Pine Bush, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for July 20.

Alex M. Toro Londono, 46, of Elmhurst, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Carlos Espinoza Amblado, 29, of Philadelphia, Pa., was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

June 29
Jose A. Leon Luna, 31, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. He was sent to Orange County Jail.
July 4
Robert F. Jedlicka, 66, of Highland Falls, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.
July 5
Dara R. Ngin, 38, of Nyack, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. Ngin was released on an appearance ticket.
Wanadsanant Engstrom, 43, of Chester, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. Engstrom was released on an appearance ticket.

Martin B. Paul, 35, of Troy, was charged with second-degree criminal content, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
