June 25
Christopher Martone, 46, of Sloatsburg, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for July 13.

Mitchell H. Kugler, 49, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for July 20.
State Police at Monroe
June 24
Heber Lima Morales, 36, of Spring Valley, was charged with second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
George Sanchez, 23, of Middletown, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
June 26
Kelly L. McGrane, 25, of Slate Hill, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released to a third party.
Shonny Gomez Collado, 30, of the Bronx, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.
Dafina Ukehaxhaj, 25; Bisnik B. Hakaj, 24; Adelina Hakaj, 23; and a 17-year-old, all from Tomkins Cove, were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
June 27
Victor Soliz-Alva, 37, of Somerset, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was sent to Orange County Jail.
