Dec. 23

Carlos Balcaceres, 52, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and harassment, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket.

Jeffrey Seda, 32, of Tuxedo, was charged with third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors. He was arraigned and released on an appearance ticket for Jan. 18.

Dec. 22

Casey K. Donohue, 47, of Providence, R.I., was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. Donohue was released on an appearance ticket.

Dec. 30

Alexander C. Eugene, 34, of Newburgh, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.

Michael Quinones, 39, of New City, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Pineda Selvin, 28, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors, and released on an appearance ticket.

Patrick D. Gavigan, 58, of Blauvelt, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, felonies, and use of another vehicle without an interlock device, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Oleg Cemirtan, 40, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
