    Darrell L. Walker, 40, of Mount Vernon, was charged with petty larceny, criminal possession of an anti-security item and resisting arrest, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Enrique R. Colon, 38, of Highland Mills, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies, and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was sent to Orange County Jail.

He was released on an appearance ticket.
