Isaios Reyes-Lainez, 20, of Monroe, was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for June 15.
Luis Martinez, 28, of Newburgh, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a felony because of a previous conviction. He was issued an appearance ticket for June 15.

Darwin Remachecrespo, 22, of Monroe, was arrested on a warrant for endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. There were also warrants for criminal possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor, and grand larceny, a felony. He was issued an appearance ticket for June 1.
Ever Ramos, 28, of Monroe, was charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon, felonies, menacing, and possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors. He was arraigned and released on an appearance ticket.

William Bollati, 24, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with obstructing a firefighting operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for June 15.

Paul Samwell, 48, of Newburgh, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, resisting arrest and criminal possession of an anti-security item, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Mark J. Sabbagh, 35, of Campbell Hall, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

Caroline E. Eisen, 31, of Upper Saddle River, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released to a third party.
Henriquezfi Hugo, 70, of the Bronx, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

Four 18-year-old males from Goshen were charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and released on appearance tickets.
Daijon A. Delgado, 22, Anthony C. Williams, 23, Karron W. Shaw, 22, Demetri Clark, 24, and a 19-year-old male, all from New York City, were charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony. Delgado was also charged with criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor. They were all released on appearance tickets.
