Feb. 24
Natalia Pradier, 33, of Middletown was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation. She was released on an appearance ticket.
Brianna Minchin, 24, of Monroe was charged with third-degree grand larceny, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.
Feb. 25
Dominique Hamilton, 31, of Rockville, Md., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
March 2
Mike Safizadeh, 58, of Monroe was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Shakro Goletiani, 26, of Monroe was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
March 3
Gaga Khitarishvili, 50, of Monroe was charged with operating an uninsured vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
Edwin Ortiz Vigil, 31, of Patchogue was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Jose L. Laracuente, 47, of Nutley, N.J., was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on his own recognizance.
